Requirements
Must:
- At least 2-3 years in a 2nd line support role
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware and software across multiple platforms
- Experience with ITSM systems and record-keeping
- Familiarity with tools such as Intune/EntraID, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and Windows Server
- Ability to provide clear and empathetic communication
- Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with technology advancements
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive second line assistance for hardware and software concerns
- Engage directly with end-users both remotely and face-to-face
- Manage incidents through the ITSM system
- Support device configuration and troubleshooting
- Resolve Exchange Admin Centre issues
- Diagnose hardware faults on desktops, laptops, and tablets
- Support office management functions when needed
- Participate in third line or infrastructure projects under supervision
