Requirements

Must:
- At least 2-3 years in a 2nd line support role - Strong technical proficiency in hardware and software across multiple platforms - Experience with ITSM systems and record-keeping - Familiarity with tools such as Intune/EntraID, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and Windows Server - Ability to provide clear and empathetic communication - Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with technology advancements
