Credit Manager

- Manage a team of Credit Risk Analysts and Senior Analysts to oversee data governance and credit policies - Ensure effective management of financial credit risk and minimize potential bad debt - Support prompt turnover of debtors into cash through proactive collection strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders - Monitor and review reporting/KPIs for the end-to-end O2C process - Identify process pain points and initiate corrective action as needed - Plan, coordinate, and address issues within the O2C process - Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor subordinate leaders - Drive compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations - Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and customers - Coach less experienced team members through challenging business scenarios - Validate the effectiveness of proposed process improvement solutions - Lead the implementation of necessary changes and solutions as required
