BI Analyst

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for producing regular, clear performance reports and dashboards that support senior stakeholder decision-making by presenting complex information in an accessible format. You will deliver analysis that enables a deeper understanding of business performance and highlights opportunities for improvement through careful examination of key metrics. Utilizing Power BI, you will build scalable, high-quality reporting solutions that are aligned with strategic business priorities and objectives. You will strategically partner with teams across the organization to turn raw data into valuable insights that increase transparency and drive accountability at every level. Engaging with key stakeholders on analytics products from initiation and design through to build, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement will be part of your role. You will also support the development of a data-driven culture across the business by communicating findings effectively and collaborating with colleagues to promote best practices. Acting as a trusted advisor within the business, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable information, helping teams make informed decisions based on evidence.
