Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing and resolving client-facing support tickets
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with JIRA Service Management
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Effective documentation skills
- Experience in user access management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a software development team
- Ambition to move into Software Engineering (desirable)
