Building strong relationships and liaising professionally with third-party vendors during release cycles is vital. Your attention to detail is crucial, particularly during morning system checks and when documenting actions taken throughout the day. Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will maintain the reliability of key business applications utilized by the Lending division. Your day will start with thorough system checks to ensure all platforms are operational for our business teams. Throughout your day, you will respond promptly to incidents reported via ServiceNow, ensuring swift resolutions while keeping stakeholders informed. Collaborating closely with colleagues across locations will be key to fostering a cohesive problem-solving environment. Your responsibilities will also include participating in change management processes, liaising with vendors for software updates and escalations, contributing to testing new enhancements, and maintaining accurate records of all activities. By following ITIL-aligned procedures and utilizing tools like Jira for sprint planning, you will help drive operational excellence and support ongoing improvements within the Lease Finance technology landscape.
