A keen attention to detail is crucial, particularly during morning system checks and when documenting actions taken throughout the day. Most importantly, your commitment to delivering dependable support is vital to ensuring that our business users can rely on their technology every single day.
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability of key business applications used by our Lending division. Your day will begin with comprehensive system checks to guarantee that all platforms are ready for use by business teams. Throughout the day, you will respond promptly to incidents reported via ServiceNow, ensuring swift resolution while keeping stakeholders informed at every step. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across locations to foster a solution-oriented approach. Your role extends beyond troubleshooting; you will participate in change management processes, liaise with vendors for software updates or escalations, contribute to testing new enhancements, and maintain meticulous records of all activities. By adhering to ITIL-aligned procedures and leveraging tools like Jira for sprint planning, you will help drive operational excellence and support ongoing improvements across our Lease Finance technology landscape.
