System Administrator

- Report to the Commercial Director while collaborating closely with all key stakeholders to ensure a seamless link between Systems, Operations, Purchasing, and E-Commerce for maximum efficiency. - Deliver reports to improve commercial and operational performance across teams. - Take ownership of the Business Central E-commerce system, including WMS, providing training, troubleshooting, and support to the team. - Understand APIs and their application in connecting systems. - Manage all systems projects as needed. - Collaborate with external developers and third parties to ensure requirements are met for existing and new custom system integrations, including testing and creating scoping documents. - Oversee stock control and warehouse (e-commerce) processes to ensure products and POs/SOs are created correctly; provide solutions outside SOPs. - Ensure proper functionality of warehouse handheld scanning devices and assist in troubleshooting issues. - Work with the Warehouse Manager to propose and support new warehouse processes that optimize system utilization. - Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and customer service departments to resolve and troubleshoot operational issues. - Manage comp stock requests from clients, providing quotes for delivery and collection, and raising associated Sales Orders. - Run regular sales and analytical reports to ensure accurate POs for pre-orders. - Review and assess existing processes, proactively suggesting system improvements. - Assist the Operations Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
