Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
- Proven experience in Private Equity-backed companies.
- Direct involvement in M&A integrations, carve-outs, or divestitures.
- Experience delivering ERP separation or consolidation projects.
- Strong integration experience (APIs, middleware, finance system integrations).
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical solution design across SAP ERP and integrated systems.
- Produce high-quality solution designs, integration specifications, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Remain hands-on in configuration oversight, integration design, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business requirements.
- Act as the technical lead for SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) solutions.
- Design SAP-centric solutions across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
- Lead data migration, integration design, and system optimisation initiatives.
- Support SAP transformations, upgrades, and post-acquisition system harmonisation.
- Deliver technical workstreams during carve-outs and integrations.
- Support ERP separation activities and TSA exit plans.
- Lead system integration between acquired entities and core platforms.
- Perform technical assessments of newly acquired environments.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, cost-conscious PE-backed settings.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Transformation teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and risks clearly.
- Manage third-party system integrators and SAP partners.
- Support due diligence activities with practical technical insight.
