Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture roles
- Proven track record architecting customer-facing digital platforms (e-Commerce, CRM, CMS, MarTech) within retail, luxury, or similar B2C environments
- Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks, including commerce platforms, CDPs, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices, and integration platforms
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure-by-design architecture
- Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with cost control and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- (Desirable) Experience within luxury, fashion, or premium retail sectors
- (Desirable) Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, SAP Commerce, or Manhattan
- (Desirable) Experience operating in transformation environments with significant legacy technology debt
- (Desirable) Knowledge of IT cost optimisation and vendor management strategies

Responsibilities
- Lead major transformation initiatives, including the replacement of a legacy e-Commerce platform with a modern, customer-centric solution
- Implement a next-generation CRM and marketing automation ecosystem
- Develop a unified customer data and personalisation roadmap
- Enhance identity, access management, and data protection frameworks
- Migrate from legacy platforms to cloud-native or SaaS solutions
- Define and govern architecture standards and roadmaps during large-scale transformation
- Ensure solutions strike the right balance between innovation, scalability, complexity, and cost-efficiency
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, influencing decision-making at all levels
Description
We are excited to offer a position for a Senior Solutions Architect based in Central London with hybrid working options. With a competitive salary of £100,000-£120,000, plus an annual bonus and benefits, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead the evolution of our complex digital and enterprise technology landscape. You will play a vital role in driving modernisation across various platforms while working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
