Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in SAP FS-RI (Financial Services Reinsurance)
- Proven experience working on SAP FS-RI implementations as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of batch processing, closing processes, and FS-RI data models
- Experience within reinsurance environments (assumed, ceded, or pooling)
- Ability to operate between business and technical teams effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Desirable: SAP BW, FS-CD or accounting exposure, SAP ABAP knowledge or Guidewire reinsurance add-on experience, SAP FI including ALE knowledge, Microsoft Azure exposure, or any German or Italian language skills
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements, perform data analysis, and support solution design across SAP FS-RI
- Support delivery of an ongoing SAP FS-RI implementation and associated enhancements
- Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into deliverables
- Support and coordinate testing, training, and documentation activities
- Contribute to reporting, batch processing and closing process improvements
- Ensure clear and structured documentation across all deliverables
- Operate independently across workstreams with minimal oversight

We are a global staffing firm supporting a leading consulting organisation in the recruitment of an interim Associate, dedicated to the financial services client in the insurance and reinsurance market. This interim role involves working within a core reinsurance technology team responsible for the SAP FS-RI platform. This position offers a competitive day rate and is predominantly remote with some travel for workshops. The engagement is expected to last until the end of 2026, with a potential extension.
