Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of IT infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain server performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure)
- Maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory (Azure Hybrid), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Intune)
- Maintain SQL Server, IIS, SAN technologies, and backup systems
- Implement infrastructure changes and security best practices
- Provide 3rd line technical support across global sites
- Assist with IT projects as required
Description
We are a growing digital/e-commerce organization seeking an enthusiastic and flexible IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain our complex, multi-site IT environment. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £55,000-£65,000. We offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home.
