Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of supporting complex disparate networks
- Ability to support all levels of business users, including VIPs
- Experience instigating, managing, and delivering challenging technical projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop OS (Win7+)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and higher
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
- Familiarity with DNS / DHCP
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Understanding of WIFI technology and Remote Connectivity tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor, maintain and support incoming IT support requests via email, phone, or internal ticketing system
- Work with site-based IT contacts, providing training and advice to ensure Victoria based staff are informed
- Develop support documentation to improve the user experience
- Enhance personal skillset within the company with a clear progression expectation
- Provide out-of-hours support as needed
- Assist the Group Technology and wider Information teams
- Handle any ad-hoc work requests from the Group IT Manager
Description
