Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with Active Directory and user administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting legal or professional services applications such as iManage, IntApp Time, BigHand, pdfDocs, or Intelliflo Office (desirable).
- Experience with Citrix environments (desirable).
- Exposure to automation tools or AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot (desirable).
- Experience supporting document management systems and workflow tools (desirable).
- Experience assisting with IT projects or system implementations (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Approachable, collaborative and supportive team player.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Committed to delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff across the organisation.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests through the IT service desk, ensuring timely resolution.
- Deliver desk-side, remote and telephone support to colleagues.
