- I will report to the Commercial Director while collaborating closely with all key stakeholders to link Systems, Operations, Purchasing, and E-Commerce, ensuring maximum efficiency. - I will deliver reports to the business to help teams enhance their commercial and operational performance. - I will be the owner of Business Central, the E-commerce system, including WMS, providing training, troubleshooting, and support to the team. - I will understand how APIs are used to connect systems and manage all systems projects as required. - I will work with external developers and third parties to meet requirements for existing and new custom system integrations, including testing and creating scoping documents. - I will ensure that products and POs/SOs are created correctly, troubleshooting any cases that fall outside standard operating procedures. - I will ensure that the warehouse handheld scanning devices are functioning properly and assist the team with troubleshooting issues. - I will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to suggest and support new warehouse processes that fully utilize the system's capabilities. - I will assist the Warehouse Manager and customer service departments as needed to address and troubleshoot any issues. - I will manage comp stock requests from clients, provide quotes for delivery and collection, and raise associated sales orders. - I will run regular sales and analytical reports to ensure accurate POs for pre-orders. - I will review and assess existing processes, proactively suggesting system improvements. - I will assist the Operations Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
