Requirements
Must:
- Experience within hospitality, retail or inventory-driven environments as a Data Lead / Data Migration Lead on large transformation programmes
- Strong hands-on delivery across data migration, cutover and reconciliation
- Exposure to CrunchTime or similar supply chain / inventory platforms
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, batch, interfaces)
- Experience managing analysts and offshore teams
- Ability to operate across business, data and technology stakeholders
- Experience working within large-scale, complex programme environments
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of the data workstream for a large-scale supply chain transformation
- Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy inventory systems into CrunchTime
- Oversee data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation
- Support mock migrations, cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure data flows across systems are accurate
- Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore data analysts
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data deliverables
- Establish data governance, controls and documentation across the programme
Description
We are a global S&P 500 consulting firm looking to build a specialist bench of contractors to support large-scale transformation programmes focused on supply chain and inventory management. This role will involve hybrid working in London, requiring 2-3 days on-site. We offer a 12-18 month contract with a likely day rate outside IR35 through a LTD company.
