- Owns execution of technology change and delivery
- Guides architecture and platform decisions
- Leads Development, Data, and IT Operations as a unified function
- Builds capability and develops future leaders
- Ensures strong collaboration across key business areas
- Partners with senior leadership for balance in resilience and strategic delivery
- Supports prioritization and transparent reporting of progress and risks
- Ensures stable, reliable business-as-usual services with strong governance
- Balances change and operational demands while reducing technical debt
