Requirements
Must:
- Experience of technical design and architecture for advanced Amazon Connect implementations.
- 4 years experience in technical implementation or consulting position.
- Experience with Amazon Q integrations.
- Amazon Connect certified (Developer / Communications) - desirable.
- Voice, Chat & Text experience - desirable.
Responsibilities
- Involved with design, implementation, and optimization of complex full-stack Amazon Connect solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Amazon Connect solutions.
- Ensure high-quality performance and reliability of deployed systems.

We have a remote contract opportunity for Engineers experienced with Amazon Connect, ideally starting in December and paying up to £650 per day.
