- You should enjoy balancing incremental improvements with bigger-picture product and architectural thinking.
Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer, you will help shape Riverford's digital future by building thoughtful products that connect people to our food.
- You'll work in a collaborative, cross-functional digital product team alongside designers, content specialists, and product managers.
- Your role involves improving how customers browse, shop, and manage their deliveries by building and evolving our eCommerce website and mobile app using tools such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, React Native, and Expo.
- You will contribute to ideas, shape solutions, and ensure every release enhances clarity, simplicity, and usability for our customers.
- We aim to release incrementally, gather fast feedback, and make rapid improvements while avoiding over-engineering.
- Our focus is on building systems that are easy to understand, easy to change, and built to last.
