Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, or a recent completion of an apprenticeship in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows-based systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A hands-on and proactive approach to IT support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to office staff, engineering teams, and production floor users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, production terminals, and barcode scanners.
- Set up and configure new IT equipment, including PCs, printers, label printers, and handheld scanners.
- Support and maintain Windows-based PCs and shop floor systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity across the site (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and flexibility in handling various responsibilities.
