Requirements
Must:
- Strong 2nd/3rd line support experience in an infrastructure/server environment
- Good Windows Server knowledge, including builds, configuration, and fault-finding
- Experience with backups/restores and security administration
- Comfortable working on-site in a shift/on-call environment
- Relevant IT qualification/certification (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support across servers and infrastructure
- Handle escalations and manage backup/restore activities
- Support patching and security controls
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Participate in an on-call rota and shift coverage
