We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in customer and stakeholder engagement. You should have experience working within an ITIL environment and collaborating with software vendors and developers to enhance software solutions. Experience in working with engineers to deliver outcomes that benefit customers is essential.
Technical skills required include:
- Microsoft Server technologies
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft SQL Server, including configuration and management
- Azure Infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure SQL managed instances
- Nerdio AVD management
- Microsoft .Net
- Microsoft Web server technologies
- Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with secure desktop technologies
Ideally, you should have SC Clearance.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will review, analyze, and approve project requests to ensure that any technology changes or improvements meet our standards. You will support our technical teams in delivering capabilities and provide 4th level technical oversight for customer issues. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders and customers, interpreting business requirements into technical specifications, and leading technical workshops. Additionally, you will conduct impact assessments for functional, capability, and security changes.

Description
The position offers a day rate between £550 and £650, depending on your experience, and is categorized as Inside IR35/Umbrella. This is a 6-month initial contract based in Milton Keynes, requiring you to be in the office 3 days a week.
