Requirements
Must:
- Proven software developer in commercial environments
- Strong skills with JavaScript, Vue/React, and Python
- Experience leading small teams
- Beneficial to have AWS background, NoSQL, MongoDB
- Experience working in start-ups or smaller organizations that are rapidly growing
- Ability to commute to the office in Birmingham 2 days per month
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in technical design discussions
- Work closely with the CTO and Product function to design solutions for business-critical problems
- Create interactive content, games, and gamification services within the Data industry
- Utilize JavaScript, Vue, and some Python in your work
