Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience in Ruby, RSpec, and mobile automation frameworks
- Strong technical understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Ability to navigate complex Ruby codebases and contribute to RSpec suites
- Experience in unit and integration testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD environments and practices
- Ability to advise on architecture for testability
- Good collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
- Willingness to commute to London 1 day a week
Responsibilities
- Design automated tests alongside developers to validate core business functionality
- Own unit and integration testing across Ruby and mobile platforms
- Maintain scalable test suites within CI/CD for rapid, reliable deployments
- Advise on testability and code quality during architecture and peer reviews
- Ensure every automated test provides clear business value and integrates into the development lifecycle
