Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a ProIV Developer with mainframe ProIV skills and experience in both online and batch development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience using JCL for software development, analysis, or system integration. Additionally, you should have proficiency in the ProIV programming language for software development and experience integrating software solutions within complex IT infrastructures. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and debugging tools is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing software solutions using ProIV and JCL within our existing engineering frameworks to support our applications. You will work on improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our software applications. Conducting rigorous testing, debugging, and validation of software applications will be a key part of your duties. Moreover, you will be expected to create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, software design specifications, and user manuals.
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for any ProIV developer to work on a long-term contract with us. The position offers a competitive daily rate between £450 and £650, depending on experience, and is outside IR35.
