Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in large network environments (enterprise / public sector scale)
- CCNA (or equivalent) + ITIL Foundation (essential)
- Strong fault-finding, documentation, and customer service skills
- Happy with on-site work, travel to other sites, and on-call/shift pattern
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot data network, security and telephony services
- Lead projects/implementations, working with PMO and technical teams
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support, incident escalation, SLA updates and supplier liaison
- Participate in shift pattern coverage and on-call rota
Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Network Engineer with strong Networking, Security, and Telephony experience to join our team in Norwich.
