Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in network engineering, including routing/switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, WAN, fibre, and IP telephony
- Hands-on commissioning experience and ability to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Calm under pressure, organized, and able to lead engineers effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, commissioning, and technical quality of AV, network, and telecom systems on yacht and high-end residential projects
- Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of engineers, ensuring consistency and excellence across technical delivery
- Liaise with clients, shipyards, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful handover
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult on network design, configure and commission network hardware
- Oversee the technical delivery and quality assurance of projects
- Report progress and risks to the Project Management team
