Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an outgoing, customer-service driven individual with any level of technical ability. You should be comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and have a genuine interest in building relationships. Technical knowledge from any industry, such as engineering, scientific backgrounds, automotive experience, or IT tech support, is beneficial. Most importantly, we value a proven ability to learn technical aspects rather than specific prior knowledge.

In this role, you will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers via phone
- Providing first-line technical support
- Updating customers on the progress of their applications
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
