Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in IT or software systems, seeking a client-focused technical role.
- Good understanding of SME IT and business challenges.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to progress and develop within IT solutions and support.
- Must be within commutable distance to Bridgwater and possess full UK right to work.
Responsibilities
- Support SME clients with software implementation, from pre-sales demonstrations through to configuration, training, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams.
- Engage in a client-focused, technical IT position with strong training and development opportunities.
- Work on-site in Bridgwater, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
