Requirements
Must:
- Admin-level experience with Office 365
- Experience as an Infrastructure Support Analyst, Engineer, or 2nd Line Support
- Knowledge of routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and firewalls
- Understanding of security principles
- Commutable to Tiverton 2-3 days a week
- Experience or exposure to Azure (highly beneficial but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line Support
- Transition into a hybrid Support/Infrastructure Engineer role
- Work predominantly with Office 365
- Handle routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and firewalls
- Report to the Head of IT
- Participate in training and development programs
