Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Respond to service desk tickets within agreed timeframes
- Support installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of IT systems and software
- Monitor and maintain hardware in good working order, performing basic repairs as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues to ensure minimal disruption
- Support the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Promote safe and secure IT use and contribute to safeguarding compliance
