Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a senior IT leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, VOIP, and CRM or ERP systems
- Understanding of ISO 27001 and information security frameworks
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects including system integrations, migrations, and new technology rollouts
- Manage and support the IT team to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient services
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud systems, and telecoms to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain ISO 27001 compliance and drive continual improvements in IT security
- Implement automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows
