Requirements
Must:
- Experience within a Data management role, ideally with MIS
- Knowledge of funding, reporting, and audit processes; educational experience beneficial
- Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present information
- Familiarity with MIS systems and data tools, especially Power BI or similar reporting software
- Logical, organized, and able to manage complex information and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to relocate or be based within a commutable distance of Plymouth
Responsibilities
- Lead the management information function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely information across the college
- Develop reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks, including support for Power BI migration
- Manage and support the MIS team, ensuring strong processes and service delivery
- Oversee funding, audit, and eligibility compliance
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision making
