Requirements
Must:
- Strong end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation experience across multiple sectors.
- Proven project management and team leadership background.
- Commercially minded with a hands-on approach and drive to grow a division.
- Experience with other ERP systems (Sage, Zoho, SAP) is beneficial but not essential.
- Based in the UK, with a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Odoo ERP practice, driving implementation and delivery across clients.
- Manage projects end-to-end, recruit and build the delivery team.
- Take commercial ownership with autonomy to shape strategy and growth.
- Work remotely from anywhere in the UK with ad hoc travel to client sites.
Description
We offer an excellent opportunity for a professional with end-to-end Odoo implementation experience to join our growing consultancy. In this role, you will be crucial in building our ERP arm to better support our clients. You will head up the practice focused on Odoo, working closely with the directors and wider business to lead implementations, manage projects, and expand the delivery team as the pipeline grows.
