Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have hands-on experience working in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines, particularly in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- A practical knowledge of cleanrooms, LEV systems, or similar environments is essential.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are crucial.

- In this site-based role, you will perform hands-on validation activities on client sites, including testing, inspection, and commissioning.
- Reviewing validation reports, identifying remedial actions, and ensuring follow-up will be key responsibilities.
- You will build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to improve and expand validation services.
Description
We are a rapidly growing technical services provider delivering high-quality compliance, validation, and maintenance solutions across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments. In this role, your success will largely depend on your ability to execute validation activities and ensure compliance with HTM 03-01 standards while effectively collaborating with our internal teams. We offer a competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, as well as a company car, pension, private healthcare, and other benefits.
