Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience developing backend systems using Python
- Experience building modern APIs
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway
- Understanding of SQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization
- Experience in developing automation tools and working with large datasets
- Interest in integrating with Microsoft Office workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs using Python
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud services within AWS
- Develop automation tools and scripts that integrate with Microsoft Office workflows
- Contribute to front end development using React as needed
- Design and maintain data processing pipelines and reporting systems
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to build technical solutions
- Contribute to improvements in development processes, tooling, and code quality
Description
We are a fast-growing London business looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. With an attractive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 pro rata, plus benefits, this position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects such as business automation and modern web applications.
