- Serve as an escalation point for the 1st Line Team
- Handle Incident Response, containment, and remediation of threats
- Address threats such as malware, phishing, and unauthorized access
- Escalate issues to third line when applicable
- Work to Cyber Essentials and CompTIA Security+ standards
- Participate in hybrid working - 2-3 days a week onsite
