Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience with Laravel and PHP
- Comfortable managing both new and existing systems
- Full-stack development skills, ideally with cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Based within commutable distance of Swindon with full UK right to work
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new and existing systems, including maintaining legacy code, and lead the development of a new software suite
- Build, maintain, and improve Laravel applications, including APIs and third-party integrations
- Make technical decisions to guide the products growth and scalability
- Work hybrid, based in Swindon, with a minimum of three days in the office per week

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong PHP experience to join our growing, technology-first company. In this role, you will have technical variety, ownership, and clear progression opportunities. Youll work closely with our Head of Software to align on technical direction while taking the lead in building and improving our Laravel-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior PHP Developer looking for a role that offers support, progression, and ownership over development and direction.
