Must:
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and Python. You should have substantial experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure, including containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, you must be skilled in building and managing data ingestion and processing pipelines, specifically with tools like Kafka and Spring Batch. It's essential that you are ready to take on a leadership role within a team in our office-based environment in London.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead and own the technical roadmap designed to improve and scale our infrastructure. You will primarily focus on enhancing performance, driving efficiency, managing technical costs and debt, and ensuring the reliability of our product’s system. As a team lead, your role will also involve mentoring and providing technical guidance to the development team while collaborating closely with the Software Engineering Manager.
