Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with previous hands-on IT experience in a similar role. Expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is essential. You should have a proven ability to set up and configure laptops and other hardware. Additionally, you must be within a commutable distance of Guildford, have your own transport, and possess a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide first line support for all end-user technical issues and manage help desk administration. Your duties will include managing hardware and assets, which involves setup, maintenance, and inventory. You will handle user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, maintain documentation, assist with demo room setups, and provide essential support for Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and SharePoint.
