Requirements
Must:
- Admin-level experience with Office 365
- Experience in a 2nd Line Support role or similar position
- Knowledge of routing and switching
- Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and firewalls
- Understanding of security protocols
- Experience or exposure to Azure is beneficial but not essential
- Must be commutable to Tiverton 5 days a week initially
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line Support to users
- Transition into a hybrid Support/Infrastructure Engineer role
- Work predominantly with Office 365
- Handle routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and firewalls
- Collaborate with the Head of IT on various projects
