Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with broad knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems. You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and NTFS. Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as LAN, WAN, and switches, as well as experience with anti-virus software, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with backup technologies and data protection best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to travel occasionally (both within the UK and abroad) for site visits or projects is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide IT support and troubleshooting across multiple sites and users. I will resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL-based processes and SLAs, and manage and monitor network and server infrastructure in the field. I will also contribute to IT projects, including upgrades and service improvement initiatives. As a representative of Group IT, my goal will be to deliver world-class customer service while collaborating with global IT teams to support over 4,000 users.
