Requirements
Must:
- Proven IT support experience in a customer-facing or field-based role.
- Confident troubleshooting across desktop, network, and server environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
- Full UK driving license.
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide user and desktop support on-site, remotely, and by phone, ensuring swift resolution of IT incidents.
- Manage, track, and close tickets in our IT service system, escalating when needed.
- Support and maintain systems including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, remote access, and general infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Engage in excellent training and professional development opportunities, including ITIL and Microsoft certifications.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer or Service Delivery Technician to join our leading international business. Located in Axminster, this highly varied role allows you to contribute to IST Support by supporting multiple sites and users. Please note that travel is only required when remote support isn't suitable. As part of our collaborative IT team, you will deliver first-class technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service standards.
