Requirements
Must:
- Experience within a Data management role, ideally in MIS
- Knowledge of funding, reporting, and audit; education experience beneficial
- Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present information
- Experience with MIS systems, data tools, or reporting software such as Power BI
- Logical, organised, and able to manage complex information and prioritise effectively
- Based within a commutable distance of Plymouth or open to relocation
Responsibilities
- Lead the MIS function and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely information across the college
- Develop reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks, including support for Power BI migration
- Manage and support the MIS team, ensuring strong processes and service delivery
- Oversee funding, audit, and eligibility compliance
- Work closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision making
