Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL expertise (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle)/n- Proven Power BI experience (reports, dashboards, data models)/n- Experience building and supporting ETL / data pipelines/n- Scripting experience (Python / PowerShell / Bash)/n- Solid understanding of database performance tuning & optimisation/n- Able to start immediately and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimise enterprise databases and data solutions/n- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models/n- Build and manage ETL pipelines, integrating multiple data sources/n- Write and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures and scripts/n- Maintain data pipelines, refresh schedules and Power BI gateways/n- Automate data workflows using Python / scripting/n- Support database performance, security, backups and availability

We are a large organisation based in Nottingham looking for an experienced Enterprise Data / BI Developer for an immediate start. This hands-on, delivery-focused contract role will involve supporting business-critical data platforms.
