Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environments
- Strong working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Ability to configure and customize CRM components without code
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of CRM governance and solution management
- Strong skills in supporting end-users and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Manage environments, licensing, updates, and capacity of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Build and enhance Entities, Forms, Views, Workflows, and Model-driven Apps based on business needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and extend solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Establish security roles, enforce governance standards, and ensure GDPR and data protection compliance
