Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess proven experience in both software development and team management. Strong knowledge of embedded software, particularly C and C++, is essential. Additionally, a basic understanding of .Net and C# is preferred. It would be a plus if you have experience with Azure DevOps, Linux, and Android.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive software development projects, ensuring they align with our company objectives. You will manage the team to keep everyone on track and working to deadlines. Regular meetings will be held to deliver status reports and to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycles. Initially, you will be required to be on-site until probation is completed, after which you will have the option to work up to 2 days a week remotely.
