Requirements
Must:
- Experience: You have 3+ years of experience designing end-to-end product experiences for complex, data-heavy SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional at UX: You have a talent for simplification, knowing exactly when to show detail and when to hide it to avoid overwhelming the user.
- Evidence-Led: You are comfortable running scrappy user research and usability tests, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.
- Hands-On: You are proficient in your craft, producing clear wireframes, beautiful UI, and production-ready design specs in Figma.
- Collaborative & Self-Directed: You excel at working with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and can own a problem space from discovery to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can explore, prototype, learn, and iterate quickly.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience designing analytics, BI, or financial technology products.
- Familiarity with workflows in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Basic frontend literacy and experience creating robust component libraries.
Responsibilities
As one of the first Product Designers, you will play a foundational role in shaping a product that turns complex, messy data into clean, elegant, and actionable insights. You will be at the heart of the product, working closely with the CTO and founding team to build a platform that is not just powerful, but also intuitive and indispensable for its users. Your mission will be to help practice owners and healthcare managers understand their business at a glance, allowing them to drill down seamlessly from high-level metrics into the granular details that drive decisions.
- User Experience: Design an intuitive and seamless experience for users who are often not data-savvy, enabling them to navigate vast amounts of information effortlessly.
- Data Visualization & Flows: Create powerful information architecture and user flows, mapping journeys from high-level dashboards to deep-dive views that feel effortless.
- AI-Powered Design: Pioneer the user experience for a proactive AI engine. You’ll design how AI-generated suggestions are surfaced clearly and build trust with the user.
- Systems Thinking: Build and maintain a coherent, scalable design system using tools like Figma, ensuring consistency across different user types, from small single-site practices to large enterprise groups.
- Drive Quality & Collaboration: Champion strong design principles while working in a tight-knit, cross-functional team. You’ll collaborate daily with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate user needs and business goals into tangible outcomes.
