Requirements
Must:

- Strong experience with React and Next.js.
- Experience using Node.js.
- Proven ability in UI development and CSS styling libraries.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing practices (TDD).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop clean, intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on UI design and usability.
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with Node.js and related development tools to support the full application lifecycle.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality code through testing and TDD practices.
- Assist in the transition towards highly automated, data-driven lending processes.
Description
We are a high-growth, award-winning specialist lender, featured on the Financial Times 1000 fastest-growing companies in Europe for two consecutive years. We are looking for a Software Developer to help build and implement a highly automated, bespoke lending platform. This frontend-focused role, with some backend requirements, will allow you to join a small, agile team and work directly with our co-founders. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000, a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote), and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology stack and operational success.
