- Experience as a Founding Engineer or Senior Developer at a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven ability to ship reliable code.
- A proactive approach to building integrations that address customer pain points without waiting for specifications.
- Knowledge of when to utilize off-the-shelf tools for quick deployment versus when to create custom solutions for long-term stability.
