- Deep, demonstrable experience in executing large-scale Windows Server upgrades (2008/2012/2016 to 2022).
- Strong hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing SCCM.
- Proven experience with on-prem to Azure migrations and familiarity with Azure services.
- Ability to support, maintain, and monitor a VMware ESX & vSphere virtualized infrastructure.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and MS365 administration.
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be available to work 5 days per week on-site in the Wokingham area.

Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on role in the execution of Windows Server upgrades.
- Deploy and configure SCCM for managing the hybrid estate.
- Execute the migration of on-prem virtual machines and services to Microsoft Azure.
- Provide 3rd line support, maintenance, and performance monitoring for the core VMware ESX & vSphere environment.
- Act as the final technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Support and maintain core services including Active Directory, Group Policy, and MS365.
